Effective 18 September 2026 · applies to the iOS app “Crazy Carnival Balloon” (bundle id com.crazy.carnival.ballon)
Crazy Carnival Balloon is a dart-throwing balloon arcade game. It has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs, and we do not sell your personal data. Everything the game needs is stored on your device and the game works fully offline.
To remember your progress between launches the app saves the following in its private storage on your device only:
| Data | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Stars, stage scores and tickets | Game progression |
| Stickers, awards, daily quests and day streak | Game progression |
| Prize Booth items and Crazy Rush best runs | Game progression |
| Sound, haptics, calm-motion and left-handed settings | Settings |
| Photo Booth pictures (optional) | Balloon faces and carnival photo strips |
None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. It is removed when you use Settings → Erase all progress or delete the app. It may be included in your own iCloud or computer backups under the settings you choose for iOS backups.
The app asks for camera access only when you tap Take Photo in the Photo Booth, and opens the system photo picker when you tap Choose Photo. The picker runs outside the app and hands over only the single image you select; the app is never given access to browse your library.
The picture is cropped and re-encoded on the device and saved in the app’s private storage so it can appear on a balloon and in your photo strips. It is never uploaded. “Erase all progress” removes every stored photo immediately, as does deleting the app.
You can refuse or revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings; the rest of the game works without it.
If you contact us through the support page, we receive the email address, reason and message you enter, together with the technical data any web request carries (IP address, browser User-Agent, time of the request). We use this only to answer your request and delete it once the request is resolved, unless we must keep it to meet a legal obligation.
The app does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, does not access the advertising identifier and does not show ads. We do not sell or rent your data. We may disclose information only if required by law or to protect the security of the service.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA) you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or to object to its processing. Game data lives only on your device, so you control it directly. For anything we hold, such as support messages, send a request through the support page.
The game is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the support form, contact us and we will delete it.
If our practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change.
